Daniel Bees is one of the founder partners of Future Let. Daniel is instrumental in setting a higher standard of service within the business and is always thinking of new ideas to drive the business forward. Daniel previously served in 1 Royal Anglian Regiment in the British Army, and his discipline and level headed decision making has stood him in good stead for his current role within Future Let.
Daniel Seip is one of the founder partners of Future Let, and has been involved in the industry for 15 years. He has a wealth of experience in sales and this is his particular area of expertise, and his energy and enthusiasm has been key in the growth of Future Let. Daniel enjoys his sports and has been a member of Harlow Leisure Zone for the past 22 years.
Anne has been involved in the property industry for over 35 years and is a founder member of Future Let. Anne has had a long and established work history within the Lettings and Estate Agency sector and continues to keep up to date with all of the market trends and ever changing property sector. Anne is always on hand to help and assist her colleagues, friends, Landlords and Tenants with her extensive knowledge of the industry.
Lorraine joined Future Let over 18 years ago and has worked her way up throughout the Company, gaining extensive knowledge and experience within all areas of the Lettings industry. Lorraine continues to offer an excellent personal service to both Landlords and tenants alike, and she has a vast understanding of the industry's legal legislation. Lorraine is a dedicated mum to Joshua, who is now 6 years old.
Karen has recently joined the Future Let team as Accounts Assistant working alongside Lorraine Mitchell. Karen is friendly and helpful and is on call to answer any questions with regards to rent and accounts queries. Karen enjoys socialising with her family and friends and travels as much as she can. Karen is also an avid dog lover.
Sam joined Future Let to assist in the Maintenance Administration Department. Sam has had a varied career history and has previously worked in social services. Sam is very family orientated, and is married to Dean and has two sons, George and Charlie. Sam has a caring nature and this helps her in her role in assisting our clients with any issues that arise.
Jordan has joined to assist us in the maintenance department and has fitted in very nicely. Jordan has a helpful nature, and this assists him in his role.
Steven Bees is from an accountancy background who has now added Lettings to his knowledge portfolio. Steve's current role involves valuing properties, arranging viewings and offering advice to Landlords with regards to their investment properties. Steven's honest and friendly nature, doubled up with his likeability is an excellent asset in his current role and he is a very important member of our team. In his spare time, Steven enjoys watching football. Steven is also dad to Betsy and Maisie.
Nicholas has worked within Future Let for over 5 years, and has over 7 years experience in the industry. Nicholas is the Maintenance Manager and endeavors to liaise with Landlords and Tenants to ensure that any issues are dealt with smoothly and trouble free. Nicholas enjoys movies, concerts and is a lifelong Everton FC supporter.
