Our Services
Future Let Property Management offers three flexible service packages designed to meet the needs of landlords, whether you require a fully managed service, rent collection only, or simply assistance in finding a tenant.

| Fully Managed Service | 10% of monthly rent excluding VAT (12% including VAT). Example at £1,000 monthly rent: £100 + £20 VAT = £120 per month. |
| Non-Managed Service (Rent Collection) | 8% of monthly rent excluding VAT (9.6% including VAT). Example at £1,000 monthly rent: £80 + £16 VAT = £96 per month. |
| Introduction Service (Tenant Find) | One month’s rent excluding VAT, plus 20% VAT. Example at £1,000 monthly rent: £1,000 + £200 VAT = £1,200 one-off. |
The examples above use a monthly rent of £1,000. Actual fees depend on the agreed rent.
